One thing that is becoming more popular with Event Organisers is to commission a Photographer to capture Professional Headshots of all it’s Conference and AGM attendees. Delegates can very often be travelling miles from various branches and HQ’s so it’s the perfect opportunity to photograph everyone looking their best. This can have many benefits, one of the main ones being that images on websites have uniformity to them which in itself compliments a brand. There is nothing worse than mis-matched images on a company website consisting of a mixture of smart phone portraits, selfies & professionally taken images. It just doesn’t convey the correct image.

Setting up a small studio in one of the small Event spaces meant that staff could come along during registration & networking breaks. Myself & my assistant Charles will ensure that having a Portrait taken is both relaxed & fun. With gentle direction on posing, we capture the personality of each delegate. No stiff faces, no bored expressions. Just modern images that look awesome displayed on Websites, Slide Presentations, Company Brochures & Press Release. After the session I always get emails from various attendees asking to use their image on their Linkedin profiles and other Social Media sites.
