Marcus has an epic beard – one that definitely needed photographing. I first met him a few years ago when I photographed the ‘Movember’ charity event for my local newspaper. He won the local votes with an awesome moustache, so you can tell that his talent for growing striking facial hair goes way back! We had great fun on this portrait shoot where I set up my studio & then we basically had lots of chat & laughs. Marcus has such expression that I wanted this to come over in the images & my signature editorial style fitted perfectly.
